We have been involved in building management for the past three years. During this time we have had many issues arise from problem residents to water leaks and everything in between.
We have built a harmonious relationship with both strata managers and body corporate alike. Our experience enables us to facilitate the smooth management needed to run a large successful building, but more importantly we developed and implemented systems that exceeded both the Owners Corporations and Strata’s expectations.

Property Management
Alysha has been in the real estate industry since she was 19 and became a landlord when she was 21. Since then it has been her goal to open her own agency. She is passionate about property management. Most of her work has been on the lower north shore however, she has also worked on the Mid North Coast of NSW and spent twelve months working in Broome WA.
Alysha is committed to making sure landlords have a worry free experience when their properties are entrusted to her. Customer service and feedback is our number one priority. We want our clients to feel secure in the knowledge that our office is managing their property to achieve maximum return.
