We pride ourselves in building presentation. We are able to keep on top of this by a walkthrough of each building and report all issues either still outstanding or check on work that has been completed that week and/or arrange for new maintenance to be attended to.

Provide for resident/visitor parking violation notices

IPS can ensure that all residents have personally delivered notices to their mail boxes to ensure ample time to inform them of any work that may be taking place and/or warning letters for by-law breaches. This way we are able to make sure that no one has any excuse for not knowing work being carried out or for a continual breach of the building by-laws.

Monthly Report

Our company provides monthly reports to all owners. This is only one A4 page and will outline any issues that have occurred that month and any maintenance that has been completed.
