Any maintenance issues or resident concerns are able to be emailed directly to us.

Report all maintenance issues to the body corporate and where necessary wait for approval before commencement of work.  We are able to arrange for trades people to attend the site to arrange quotes.  Check all contractors have the relevant insurance and licensing documentation to be on site and perform inductions for new contractors to ensure they comply with all WHS requirements.

  • Use specialist contractors who can attend to jobs in appropriate time frames

IPS has a list of qualified contractors we already deal with and can guarantee their professional workmanship and attitude.

  • Arrange for contracts of contractors, cleaners and gardeners

We can take to stress and challenge out of trying to coordinate contractors who work onsite by dealing directly with current contractors to ensure their work is kept to a high standard.

  • Weekly walk through the building to check repairs, cleaning, gardens and general maintenance

We pride ourselves in building presentation. We are able to keep on top of this by attending to each building to have a walkthrough of the building and report of all issues either still outstanding or check on work that has been completed that week and/or arrange for new maintenance to be attended to.

  • Provide notices for residents, visitor parking violations notices

We can ensure that all residents have personally delivered notices to their mail boxes to make sure that residents have plenty of time to be informed of any work that may be taking place and/or warning letters for by-law breaches. We find that this comes in very handy for repeat offenders of residents who park in visitor parking. This way we are able to make sure that no one has any excuse for not knowing of work or for the continual breach of the buildings by-laws.

  • Monthly Report

We are able to provide monthly reports on the building so all owners are aware of the monthly happening that have occurred that month. These reports are only one A4 page and it will outline any issues that have occurred that month and any maintenance that has been completed.
